Role Overview The Solution Consultant will act as the primary functional expert for Braze projects, working closely with clients, internal product teams, and developers. This role requires strong technical understanding of Braze, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The Solution Consultant will lead client discovery sessions to gather and define business requirements, translating marketing and CRM needs into structured Braze implementation plans. The role involves designing customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and campaign logic while working closely with developers to ensure proper SDK and API integrations. You will support data mapping, event schema planning, and attribute structuring, and provide strategic guidance on lifecycle marketing and engagement use cases. Additionally, you will conduct client workshops and training sessions, ensure smooth UAT processes and successful go-lives, and act as the primary communication bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams. If you have development skills, hands-on coding for certain tasks will be considered a strong plus.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for a candidate with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Braze and a strong understanding of segmentation and personalization, event-based messaging, and CRM and marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience with SDK implementations (Web, iOS, Android) and API integrations, as well as the ability to read and understand technical documentation. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, along with prior experience in client-facing roles. Strong problem-solving abilities and structured thinking skills are required. Previous development experience and hands-on coding capabilities will be considered a significant advantage.
