Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and analytical Brand Strategist to shape and strengthen our brand’s identity, positioning, and long-term growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives, resonate with target audiences, and differentiate us in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities and positioning strategies.
- Translate brand insights into clear messaging frameworks, tone of voice guidelines, and creative direction.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints (digital, print, social, events, etc.).
- Lead the development of brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, consumer behavior, and industry trends to inform strategy adjustments.
- Present brand strategies and campaign outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on brand best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate data and insights into actionable brand recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing, sales).
- Proficiency in brand management tools, analytics platforms, and market research methods.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
